How GO Markets Scaled Multi-Market Trading Campaigns with Bannerflow

GO Markets marked its 20th year as an online trading provider in 2026, the same year its in-house creative team moved campaign production fully onto Bannerflow.

The shift significantly reduced production time and gave a lean design team the room to take on far more ambitious, animated creative across every market the brand advertises in.

Background

GO Markets was founded in Australia in 2006 and marked its 20th year in the industry this year. Today it's a global online trading provider, giving traders access to over 2,000 CFD instruments across forex, indices, commodities, shares and metals, backed by multilingual support teams. GO Markets advertises to both its Australian audience and its wider international client base, publishing creatives in English along with Chinese, Thai and Indonesian. GO Markets manages creative in-house with a limited design team, producing everything from always-on brand campaigns to campaigns timed around market events and company milestones, including its 20th anniversary.

The Challenge

Before Bannerflow, the in-house team was building every campaign concept from scratch, for every size and every language. A single concept took three to four days, largely because animated HTML5 formats had to be hand-coded and each new language version meant re-adjusting fonts and translations rather than reusing existing work. In a business where campaigns are often tied to time-sensitive market events, that turnaround made it hard to get a concept live everywhere it needed to be while it was still relevant.

The Solution

GO Markets moved creative production into Bannerflow, building each campaign concept as a single creative set that scales across sizes and languages from one master design. Translations and fonts live within that same design, so a new language version can reuse the original animation and templated layout instead of being rebuilt from scratch, with text resizing automatically to stay consistent across formats. That freed the team to spend more time on richer animation, including 3D motion and interactive effects, instead of manual HTML and CSS. Publishing has changed too: instead of exporting creatives and handing them over for manual trafficking, the team now publishes directly to Campaign Manager 360 from Bannerflow, saving hours of time and making real-time changes to live campaigns possible.

The Results

Faster production, without sacrificing quality
Multi-size, multi-language campaigns that used to take three to four days can now be produced in as little as a day and a half, reducing turnaround time by approximately 50–63%. That speed matters most on time-sensitive campaigns, such as campaigns tied to market moves or company milestones, where being first to publish across every market can matter as much as the creative itself. GO Markets is targeting a further reduction to a one-day turnaround.

Bannerflow has changed how fast we can move. What used to take three or four days across every language now takes a day and a half, and we're producing far more ambitious, animated creative in that time, across every market we operate in.

Scaling across five market versions
Once a template is built, the team can add a new language version in around 60 minutes rather than rebuilding a concept from scratch. That lets a single campaign concept go live across English for Australia, English for its international market, Chinese, Thai and Indonesian language versions in close succession, instead of staggered over several days.

More complex creative, without more production time
The share of GO Markets’ published creatives using advanced animated formats has grown to 77%, up from less than 10% before adopting Bannerflow. The team has been able to bring 3D animation and richer interactive effects into more campaign concepts, without materially increasing production time.
