Life at Bannerflow
Great alone. Better together.
You'll often hear us say: "Alone you can go faster, but together we can go further". This is how we approach growth. We're in this for the long-run; we aim to go as far as we can, even if it sometimes means taking things a little slower. Saying that, at Bannerflow, things move fast; after all, if you spend too much time thinking, you'll never get it done.
Hej! We're Swedish
Whilst some of us are Swedish, and others aren't at all, we're proud to be a Swedish company. Being a Swedish company does mean that we celebrate Midsummer and play ABBA a little too often, but it also means that we get things done without any fuss. However, we love diversity too. We have a global outlook and our team comes from all different backgrounds, from all over the world.
Running water never goes stale. So you just have to keep flowing.
Great company culture is organic, you can't force it, it will find its own flow. What we do know is that a strong company culture is built on working hard and having fun in everything you do. As Bruce Lee once said, “You must have complete determination”. Click to read about our CEO and co-founder take on Bannerflow culture.
We love tech and are digital natives. But when it comes to business, we’re not so interested in chasing ever-changing fashions and fads. We’re more interested in investing in the things that will remain important forever: a solution that makes your life easier, and a happy customer base. We're also passionate about keeping up-to-date with what's happening in online advertising, so we can always give you the best help and advice.
Friday afternoons are for celebrating the week. This means beers and important time for team bonding. The best bit? It's kinda like "Cheers"; everyone knows your name, and they're always glad you came.
Bruce Lee and everyday inspiration
An important part of the Bannerflow culture is to keep things exciting - and real. You won't find us with our heads in dusty business strategy books, or paying attention to boring strategy presentations. Instead, you'll find a company built on Bruce Lee wisdom and everyday inspiration. Honestly, there's a lot you can learn from pop culture.
