Every participant ("Participant") entering, attempting to enter, or participating in any competition, sweepstakes, or giveaway ("Competition") conducted by BANNERFLOW AB ("BANNERFLOW") agrees to abide by these Official General Competition Rules ("General Rules"). These rules are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

This Competition is open to legal residents of the European Union who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must submit their entry through the designated landing page using a valid work-related email address. Entries submitted with personal email addresses are not eligible. Employees of BANNERFLOW and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

To enter, participants must like the competition post and follow the link to the competition landing page, where they must provide a work-related email address and answer the contest question.

Each individual can only enter the competition once, multiple entries attributed to the same person will only be considered once. 

The Competition begins on 16 January 2024 and ends at 10am (CET) on 22 January 2024. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

Three winners will each receive one SmallRig 3384 Professional Vlogging Kit, valued at 300€. The kit includes a tripod, shotgun microphone, LED light, and a smartphone cage. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries. Decisions by BANNERFLOW are final and binding. Winners will be announced on 22nd January 2024 via LinkedIn and contacted via email. Winners must claim their prize within seven days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners.

Prizes will be sent to winners within fourteen(14) days of providing a delivery address.

By participating, entrants grant BANNERFLOW rights to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without further compensation.

This competition is not affiliated with LinkedIn/Instagram. BANNERFLOW reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without application of its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contest, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the “SCC”). The Rules for Expedited Arbitrations shall apply, unless the SCC in its discretion determines, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, that the Arbitration Rules shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the Arbitral Tribunal shall be composed of one or three arbitrators. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of the arbitration and the award.

Participation in the Competition implies a waiver of any claims against BANNERFLOW and associated parties for any damages arising from participation. This includes a release of liability for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from participation in the Competition.
